My grandfather and I wanted to take a moment to thank you so very much for your help in our purchase of Jello. My grandfather is a hands on business man and it was very difficult for him to let an unknown do the work on the transaction. Jello is everything and more than we expected. This animal came to a new country, to new owners and had to learn 2 new languages. Jello is a testament to the German Shepherd breed as he is intelligent, perfect disposition and his conformation is top notch. We also want to thank you for your patience in dealing with us. With my grandfathers hearing loss, you took the time to not only deal with his man but with me. It was very comforting to know that you truly cared that my grandfather knew exactly what he was getting, and you dealt with all parties involved to make that happen.You know as well as I do that these out of country deals can be a nightmare, not only with the shipping of the animal but the paperwork involved to get it A.K.C. registered in this country. Thank you for taking the extra effort to help move that along in a timely fashion. I also enjoy hearing from you. Most people when the deal is done just move on to another customer, but you have stayed in contact, and when we first received Jello you offered to buy him back if we were not satisfied that Jello was everything you said he was. Randy, Thanks again, we will do business again and in the mean time I will refer you to others.

Randy,
I just wanted to write about my recent business dealings with Mr. Lauterbach. I purchased a beautiful bred female, Jette vom Stieglerhof bred to Quantum Arminius and she is tremendous. She was confirmed pregnant and arrived, as planned, pregnant with 7 pups!! This is not and will not be my last business deal with Randy, as he goes above and beyond and works around the clock to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Even when we had a hiccup on one of our deals, Randy stood true as a business man of integrity, honored our deal, made sure that I was protected, and found the right dog for me. As a novice in this business, Randy has taken time to educate me and introduce me to other helpful individuals involved with German Shepherds. Jette is very happy in her new home and loved by all of her new pack members. Very soon you will find a photo of Jette, as well as some of her 4 week old pups! Thank you to Lauterbach German Shepherds!

Randy,
Maurice and I wanted to take the time to thank you for bringing Napoleon into our lives. Although he has only been with us since the end of October, we can’t imagine our lives without him. He is such a great dog and is growing more beautiful by the day. It never fails that when we walk him on the streets, people stop and compliment us on the dog and ask us where we got him. He is playful and friendly but smart and assertive. Of course, we think he has the best temperament of any dog that we know. And although we are biased others have agreed….. He recently finished “doggy boot camp”. We are pleased to report that Napoleon was in the top of his class of 17 dogs. The trainer told us he was the best shepherd with whom he has ever worked!! (This coming from a trainer that breeds shepherds). Of course, we think that “doggy boot camp” was harder on us than it was on him. He was a natural!! We were counting the days until we could see him again. But we are happy to report that he is now back home and hasn’t skipped a beat – he grows smarter every day and we grow more and more attached to him too! Even the cat doesn’t seem to mind that he is back home. A quick story and then I will close, we recently had a couple over who brought their dog over to play with Napo. The other dog was jumping all over the furniture. Napoleon looked at the dog and let out a bark as if to say “Hey man, we don’t get on the furniture here.” Thanks again for taking the time to educate us about the process and making it as smooth and easy as possible!!
